The Lookout Keswick can be booked in two ways, let us explain…
The main house sleeps 6 and has two king-size and a twin bedroom. All rooms are en-suite with their own TV. There is a TV snug room (which can be used as a 4th bedroom), kitchen and spacious dining room\lounge.
In addition there is also a self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor. This can be accessed via internal stairs or by its own access at the rear of the house. This has a king-size and a twin bedroom, a spacious bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living area with wood burning stove.
This gives you flexibility and privacy for extended family and multi-family holidays and gatherings!
The apartment can only be rented in conjunction with the main house and if you book the main house for 6 or less we'll never let the apartment to someone else.
The property has plenty of parking (up to 5 cars) with a stunning rear garden (previously the Keswick in Bloom award winning garden!) with views over farmland to the magnificent Lakeland fells beyond. There are paved and gravelled paths through the garden with outside seating dotted all through it to allow individuals the space to relax and watch the sun set. There is a stream, ornamental pond and wooden summer house with decked area and seating. The detached garage allows for secure bike or canoe storage.
Now you can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis in the garage, and in the winter time you can light the wood burner in there to stay cosy.
